Sue is a professional Administrator with over 25 years of experience ranging from customer service to Board / Director Level executive administration support. She is customer focused with a wide range of administration experience, a keen eye for detail and a “can do” approach ensuring she always offers an effective and efficient service.
Among other roles she has been a Clerical Administrator for the Job Centre, an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for Oracle, Office Manager for Zoll, Administrator UK for Markem, Administration Manager for Kids Allowed and most recently PA to the VP of Public Policy & Reputation at AstraZeneca. As you can see she has worked for both public and private companies ranging in size from two or three employees up to an employee base of thousands and covered a wide range of industry such as medical equipment sales, pharmaceutical research and development, manufacturing, IT and customer service.
Sue has an advanced knowledge and use of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, copy & audio typing (approx. 70 wpm) and SharePoint which includes the design of SharePoint sites and training of end users. Academically she has a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma for the Institute of Admin Management and a BA Honours Degree in Admin Management.
When she is not busy organising people and offices, she spends time with her husband and their teenage daughter. As a family they enjoy going to the cinema and she and her daughter are members of a craft group where they create scrapbook photo albums, greeting cards and altered art. If she ever gets a spare minute she loves to get lost in a good book – particularly fantasy and mythology.
