More Than Just a PA, More Than Just a Best Newcomer

More Than Just a PA’s Director, Rachel Guyat, has been named “VA of the Year Runner up for South West England”, just two and a half years after winning the “National Outstanding Newcomer VA of the Year ” in the UK Virtual Assistant Conference and Awards sponsored by BeMyVA.com. These awards are the ultimate recognition of excellence within the industry and are about finding the champions of good practice for Virtual Assistants. More Than Just a PA are specialists in providing full business support to Business Coaches, Consultants and Trainers.

Rachel’s significant progress recognises the continual personal development from establishing an independent role for herself and then building on that personal success to incorporate and develop an outstanding virtual business support agency which now employs 4 associates.

Rachel has increased her professional business over the past couple of years, since winning the Best Newcomer award, and in order to continue to provide the same level of high class support to new clients Rachel has employed highly experienced associates to meet the needs of her ever growing client base.

Rachel’s reputation for matching her clients to her associates’ relevant experience and skills has been endorsed throughout her client base. A recent professional highlight was when a client recommended Rachel, not only for the faultless service her company has provided but also confirming that by leaving the day-to-day management of his business to More Than Just a PA, he had been able to concentrate on increasing his own business and profit with tremendous success.

Up until now, Rachel has relied solely on word-of-mouth referrals for her business to be promoted. However, the VA of the Year Runner up for South West England award reflects her company’s growing position in now being able to offer a full range of services to larger business coaching organisations as well. The award is assessed against industry standards, matching Rachel’s business objective to compete with longer established VA practices, so she is now looking forward to focussing her marketing to promote and continue expanding her company.

Rachel says: I am immensely proud of how my business has grown. By becoming specialists at working with Business Coaches, Consultants and Trainers and by developing a great support network of associates, I have been able to expand my business and offer an award-winning service for our clients. We truly understand the nature of our clients’ work and how to support them in an effective way, allowing them to focus on their core business. I enter into awards like this to ensure that, and have recognition that, my business stays at the top of its class.
