Rachel started More Than Just a PA in 2010 and rapidly built it into a busy, successful business. This hard work and dedication was rewarded by winning the National Outstanding Virtual Assistant for under 2.5 years in business award in 2012, followed by the England VA of the Year 2020, and UK Outstanding Virtual Assistant 2021. She has provided top level PA support for both the private and public sectors and has worked exclusively for business coaches, consultants and trainers since 2011. As such she has a vast knowledge of the requirements and needs of this professional sector.

Since 2012 Rachel has taken on team members to ensure that the business is able to offer a wide range of services including PA and Business Support, Executive Assistance, Business Management, Administration, Event Organisation, Marketing, Social Media Management, Travel Planning, Office Management and Client Liaison. As a result the team are now able to support a wider variety of clients and we work with small to medium businesses, CEOs and Entrepreneurs within all types of industries.

Rachel's passion in her business comes from developing close working relationships with all her clients and through this ensuring that she and the team provides the professional support that allows them to excel at their work.

She runs her business on her core set of values: open and clear communication, honesty, integrity and professionalism combined with a sense of humour at all times and ensures that her team members have the same ethos before joining the team.
